Mond Valley is a picturesque but challenging 18 Hole parklands course nestling in the Lower Swansea Valley. Although the course is flat, with easy walking, the course is over 6000 yards and is a real challenge to all golfers with accuracy being the key to a good round.
The course is adjacent to the River Tawe and Swansea Valley Canal and is full of panoramic views of the surrounding valley.
Mond Valley Golf Club (formerly known as Tawe Vale Golf Club) is an eighteen-hole course open to visitors and golfing societies throughout the year.
Easily accessible from the M4, Mond Valley Golf Club should certainly be included on your itinerary when visiting South Wales.
Both the course and facilities at Mond Valley are excellent. The testing 18 hole layout is tight, so straight hitters are rewarded, and with small greens this presents a tough but fair test.
The three holes winding around the River Tawe and canal are very pretty. The course welcomes visitors and golfing societies throughout the year and a number of visitor packages, green fee offers and membership schemes are in operation.
After your golf, settle into the welcoming clubhouse and have a couple of drinks and a bite to eat.
